    Hi Everyone,

Till yesterday evening my website was running perfectly. I have installed a plugin yesterday and the time I activated that plugin. The website encountered “HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error)”. I contact my hosting provider and they said there are buggy plugins and are causing issues. They also have increased the memory_limit in php.ini but nothing worked out. Now they say I need to remove the WordPress and reinstall it.

Can anyone have any idea what might went wrong? and the solution?

    Thanks in advance,

    Aamir

use your ftp or host’s file manager and delete the plugin folder you installed
    then try your site

    Thanks Samuel,

I have renamed the plugin folder with plugin.hold and have created the plugin folder again.

While trying accessing the Admin Area I am getting “W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/v5quisbn/public_html/www.zindadilpakistan.com/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.”

    Please advise.

    Thanks,

The file /advanced-cache.php was deleted. Upon trying to login I got the same error message for db.php & object-cache.php. I renamed these 2 files and my login was successful. There were no Plugins. Do I need to re-install the plugins that I was using before?

    Thanks
