My problem is similar to above. However, when I add ‘wp-admin’ I get these error messages:
Warning: require_once(../wp-config.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/thehu22/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 7
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘../wp-config.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/thehu22/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 7
site: http://www.mimirbooks.com
NOTE: Mimirbooks is a new template. The template is accessing information from ‘old’ template.
Thanks
If you goto the site http://www.mimirbooks.com you will notice a dir. listing. I have made several changes since I wrote the message above. However, I am still confused as to where to place my template folder on my host site (www.lunarpages.com).
Wordpress suggests putting anything that uses wordpress into the wordpress folder. That is where I have the template folder now and I have access to wordpress dashboard but no template access on http://www.mimirbooks.com.
Suggestions from any lunarpages users?
Thanks
You have to put your template inside the wp-content/themes here you put your template. and if you want that template to run from the server root mean(http://www.mimirbooks.com.)just move the files from dir(wordpress) to root.
Themes folders go in wp-content/themes
