Unable To Install Plugins

Hi There,

I am having trouble trying to install the Woozone Plugin that i had purchased from CodeCanyon.net. Every time i follow the instructions to install directly through WordPress with the .ZIP file, i get an error stating “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” when i try to activate the plugin after it installs. I am currently the only Administrator on this page. I checked my memory limit on the wp-content.php file and it is sufficient. Also, i checked for any bugs on the wp-content.php file that may have prevented me from being able to activate the plugin. I am currently at a loss.

Can someone assist me with this request and help me download this plugin?
