Looks to me your form content is causing the problem.
The following element appears to covering the Name/Email/Telephone fields:
#wpcf7-f180-p1217-o1 > form > p > <span><select name="menu-795" aria-invalid="false"> .. </select></span>
This prevents the user from clicking into these fields.
Use Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools to see the problem.
