unable to do a backup

    Hi,

    After the last update I’m unable to do a backup of my database (both manual and automatic). When I try to manually start a backup the plugin gets locked on “Backing up database” or sometimes stops after few seconds not creating any zip.

    I’ve tried to disable and re-enable the plugin but the issue remains.

    Can you confirm for me if the files-only backup works? If so, then the plugin isn’t finding your MySQL function to complete the backup – can you check with your host to ensure that command is available for your hosting account?
