When moderating my comments, I accidentally selected the ‘spam’ selection buttion instead of the ‘accept’ radio button. Therefore, I have two questions:

(1): How do I ‘un spam’ the comment and change it to be accepted.

(2): How does the comments that are marked spam get recorded as spam? Is this recorded and compared per name, e-mail, or IP address within the blog software database?

    1. Use Spam Nuker: http://www.chrisjdavis.org/2005/03/05/spam-nuker-151/

    2. The entire comment is left in the database and marked as [spam]. This is in preparation for future features and plugins which will make an intelligent analysis of past and current spam in order to best protect you blog and avoid false-positives.
