UM2 Duplicate Member Roles

    After upgrading to UM2 there are now 2 “Member” roles. I deleted one and it ended up removing all of the custom role settings. I reconfigured all the settings again and then noticed that the 2nd duplicate role was back. They both have an id=member

    Looks like all members now do not have an “Ultimate Member Role” assigned to them. Furthermore, every member can now edit everyone’s profile and everyone can see the backend admin, even though those options are off.

    Didn’t know UM2 would be in such a drastic beta state. This is worrisome.

    Hi @jpatrickm,

    The biggest changes to the plugin have been removing UM roles from the plugin and using WP native roles and switching from using the redux framework for settings to using native WP settings. Please go to Ultimate member -> User roles and check all access settings of your roles and make sure that your member role doesn’t have admin capabilities.
