Ultimate SEO Plugin Meta Descriptions

    Hi

    I’ve got Ultimate SEO plugin and created meta description and titles for 26 projects, all with unique URLs, that link to 1 particular page. How do I get the pages with the unique URLs to reflect the individual projects meta description and titles rather than the general meta description and title tag for the single page?
