    Ultimate Member plugin – I have a created new role and my requirement is if any user added into that role they should not be able to edit their own profile(Cannot change their role to another role. Eg : Admin, Editor or Author).

    Through ultimate member plugin the users who added into this custom role cannot change their role to another role(Editor,Author,subscriber) but able to change their role to Adminstrator.

    Could you please help me to resolve this issue. How the users cannot change their role to admin when added to this new role(Support).

    Do you mean changing role by a profile form and Roles (Dropdown) or Roles (Radio) field?

    It is when the changing the user role from the users tab (dropdown – Change user role to )

    I am unable to upload the image and it is saying file uploading is disabled so can you please suggest me how the user in custom role cannot change their custom role to another role (eg: Admin)

    In Ultimate member there is an option(Can edit their profile) and we have unchecked the option but still we can change my custom role(Support) to Admin.

    This support role needs to create,edit,delete,modify other users roles but not their own role.(this is my main goal)

    I need to know how these users can change their roles? From their profile form on frontend or from the admin panel? Have they access to the admin area?
