UK shipping options

I have used the plugin Simple paypal shopping cart and want to know if there is any way of adding more shipping options? I am in the UK so want to offer my customer’s a choice of 2 shipping options, first or second class? Paypal in the UK does not seem to have all the options the US have unfortunately.
