UBillboard issues

I just installed UBillboard, and I have added images and the billboard preview looks perfect. However when I add the billboard to my page using the icon in the toolbar which give you the shortcut below and save my page.

I then view my page and the slideshow is static no animation, no prev or next button appear when hovering over the image.

I used firebug to check the page and it is calling in the js, so the wp_footer hook is correct. I have PHP 5.2 installed, and the plugin can support WP 2.9.2 so I don’t know what else I can do.
