Uber menu issue

I’ve got a footer menu in Ubermenu that is designed to be open all the time, kind of a master page list at the bottom of the page.

I want it to be open all the time, but right now it’s justified at the bottom and every column starts at a different height, with the bottom straight across. I want it to be the opposite. I want the straight, justified side to be on the top and the bottom of the menu can be all different depths.

Cannot find the setting for the life of me how to make that work…any ideas?
