Two-Step Hyperlinks in new Version

    In the new version of WordPress, in order to have a link open in a new tab, you need to first insert hyperlink and then click “Settings” and click “Open link in new tab.” Is there a way to go around this, and have it be in a single-click manner like in the older versions of WordPress?
