Two PDFs to redirect

Im using WordPress version 5.3.2 with the redirection plugin
but i wanted to redirect pdf link to a new pdf link.

/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/diectlyauthorisedv3.pdf -> https://brightstarhub.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/19036-diectlyauthorised-v3.pdf

but this is not working.

but before i did pdf link to a new pdf link they all are fine.

can you investigate the issue please.
