Two blogs messed up

Hello,

I have two blogs running on one account that started having problems approximately the same time as each other. The problems appear on the surface to be different, but I think they’re the same. On both I’m able to log in to the admin ok, but if I try to post or do anything else, it says I don’t have sufficient permissions. They’re both running 2.0.2. This has been going on for a while, I just haven’t had time to deal with it.

I also have 3 or 4 other blogs set up which apparently are not affected. All of the blogs are on the same server, and I thought all basically had the same plugins, themes, etc, but apparently something is messed up.

If anyone has any advice for me I’d appreciate it. Also, if I were to upgrade to 2.0.4, do I need to reinstall 2.0.2 first and fix it before I upgrade, or what?
