Two Banners On Page

I have the cookiebot plugin on a client site, though it’s currently disabled. It was previously configured by someone else, and now I’m trying to get it working again. I found that it is displaying the dialogue banner at the bottom of the site (as expected), but for some reason it’s displaying all the content on the page as just unstyled text. If I look at the page markup, it’s there twice. Do you know if there’s a way to fix this beyond a CSS bandaid?
