Twitter Widget Not Working

Hi, I’m having some trouble getting my twitter feed to appear in the sidebar. I’ve followed all instructions on every tutorial video and can’t find an answer as to why it’s not working on any of these forums.

As you can see, the widget is displaying code instead of the timeline

Any suggestions as to why it’s doing this?

Also, I can’t seem to find anywhere which version of wordpress I’m using!
