twitter tools not working

My daily digest feature stopped working about a month ago (December 8). I was trying to find a log that might indicated if this coincided with a version change. My tweet in the sidebar stopped working yesterday. I notice that when I click the “update tweets” or “reset tweet checking buttons” the page reloads indicating that it had been done. When I try to “reset digests” I am redirected to my general settings page. Could this indicate an issue? Anyone else experiencing this?
