    Hello,

I just went to your website and signed up by using my own Facebook Account. Everything worked perfect.

This is my profile in your website http://dubaimoms.com/profile-2?uu_username=7292

I would recommend you using “Post name” as permalink. You can set it by going to WP Settings- Permalink. That will help with the gallery link issues.

Could you please check everything again for your side?

I look forward to hearing from you
    Regards
    Frank

    Hello Frank,

    Thanks for the replay.

I just checked my social login.I’m happy that my facebook login is working. But my twitter login is still not working.

I regards to permalinks,i actually set that option to postname.

I have a doubt in regards to activation by email. If i set this option, i have to manually activate the users account. Is there a way to automatically activate the account, once the user clicks the activation link?

    Thanks
    Surya.

    Hello Surya,

I was confused with another thread you have opened.

Ok.. if you set the activation by email the account should be activated right after the user clicks on the activation link.

Please note: this option is global and it will affect users using social login options as well.

Let me know if I am clear enough.

Please help me to help you 🙂

    Regards
    Frank

    Hello Frank,

Let me explain it in detail. In my website, there are two ways to login.
    1) Social Login
    2) Using Login Credentials(Created when the user registered to website).

Here is the situation that if facing right.

I have a user whose email id is xyz@gmail.com. This user has initially created the account by filling out the registration form.

After creating the account, the user will get mail and he activate the account by clicking the activation link.

Next time, if the same user tries to login through facebook. It’s not allowing him to login into his account.

My previous website was not wordpress site. I imported my previous site users using CSV Importer Plugin. Is this the reason which is not allowing my user to login through facebook?

I have tested the same functionality in http://wwww.thenounproject.com
and it is allowing me to login in both ways.

    Please help me out.

    Thanks,
    surya

Hi, I am facing the same problem.

    Please refer to my website:

When I try to log in with my Facebook account, it redirects me to the account page and requires me to keep on signing up again and again….

    Can you please advise?

    suryapallala,

I am not able to replicate the issue by my side.

Please check this thread on our forums http://www.usersultra.com/support/forums/topic/facebook-login-issues/#post-5503

It would be great if you could open a topic on our forums so we can exchange private information. I would need to receive the WordPress admin access in order to check your settings.

    Thanks for your cooperation.

We look forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards
    Frank
