Turn PHP file in WP file

    Hi.

    I have a PHP file(s) which I would like to run with the wordpress theme.

    The file basically let’s users upload backgrounds for others to browse + download.

    So I wnt to know what are the wordpress tags I can wrap arounf this file to run with my theme and look like another wordpress page?
