this is not theme specific, but generally done via the dashboard.
what have you tried so far?
have you investigated the option in the dashboard and while you create/edit the pages?
have you used the forum search to get an answer to this often asked question?

I a customizing “nictitate” theme. If I add a new page it automatically create a comment section. I don’t want this section. So now how can i turn of comments in new pages?
