    At my site, I host the first chapter for new and inspiring authors…the problem is the line spacing is too narrow, making the paragraphs bulky and hard to read. I searched the forum for answers but none seem to work.

    I found the spacer plugin and for a time, I contented myself with adding a custom short-code to each line but I found that this looks bad on other computers so I’ll be taking the short-code out today.

    Can anyone help me? If it helps, I have downloaded a custom CSS that I can use

    You might try increasing the line-height in the style below (this is the current setting):

    .entry-content {
        line-height: 1.6;
    }
