Trial End Problem

    I suspect my one-week trial ended today and my sidebar is displaying oddly (numbers instead of categories and subcategories).

    The plugin website has a message on it that points to the “one-week trial end” being the problem. Here’s the message displayed there:
    “Your trial expires at 1970-01-01 00:00:00 GMT. Upgrade here before then to retain any premium changes made!”

    I am on 4.1.6 (rollback to 4.1.3).

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi gold,

    Would you mind posting a link to your catalog page? Is there anything else that was changed other than the trial ending?

    If you try deleting the plugin and then re-installing it, does that resolve the issue? Product, category, etc. data is saved to the WordPress database, so none of it should be lost in the process.

    Reinstalling the plugin resolved the problem. Thank you.
