Translation files

Hello,

I’m a Spanish user and every time I update the theme, I must change texts as “Continue reading” to “Sigue leyendo” and more things.

Mr tskk, I know that all those texts can be change in a separated file if you adapts the theme for it.

I know too that it takes much time although it isn’t difficult but…

Will you add this on a next update?
