translation of sections in the pages

Hi,
I would like to translate the followings:
– side menu tab that appears to members
– the submission button
– the agreement sentence in the registration page
– the link titles in the registration page (sign in, lost your password) in addition to (already have an account)

the above are only examples

I still need to make other translations in the other pages such as the account page

please let me know how can I edit them. Moreover, I need an easy way as I am not a developer.
