Translation files (PO)

    Hi,
    where I can find PO files for translation?
    Recently I decided to change current theme for my blog http://techformator.pl I choose rootstrap as a base of new skin. I want to translate rootstrap into Polish using PO file, but I can’t find PO files in theme package.
