Translating an error when paying

    Hello,

    I’m testing payment methods and when testing failed payments with credit cards, an error appears ‘We cannot process your order with the payment information that you provided. Please use a different payment account or an alternate payment method.’ The problem is that I can’t find this string to translate into Spanish.

    Hi there,

    Depending on the payment gateway you’re using, these are added into the language files for that payment gateway plugin.

    If you do a search for “We cannot process your order with the payment information that you provided. Please use a different payment account or an alternate payment method.” in your site’s files, you’ll see that this is located multiple times in each payment gateway plugin.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the information. I did the search with a new program and found the string so now I can do the translation.

    You were right it was the payment plugin, but without the ability to change language so need to change the php file.
