Translate Pricing Table Header

Hi,

Great plugin!
Just on thing I miss. It doesn’t seem to have support more than one language yet? I’ve been looking for a way to translate the column headers for the pricing table for other than my default language, but so far haven’t been successful. The strings do not show up in Polylang. Workaround attempts with gettext functions weren’t successful either. Any chance the plugin will support multilingual setups in the near future? I guess this is a feature request. 🙂 Or maybe anyone has a suggestion now to handle this?
