Translate issue

I have updated to 2.3.0 and can’t traslate this message by PO file:
“Please fill in your information in the form below. Once completed, you will be able to automatically sign into our website through your %s ID.”
Could you help to fix it?

By the way, do you have any idea about getting email from Odnoklassniki? The current Odnoklassniki.php can’t do it.
