translate buttons

Hi I wanted to know If there is a way to translate certain buttons and text in woocommerce such as “add to cart” “return to shop”, description, additional information and so on .
I’m currently using qtranslate plus with my site . I don’t want to spend extra money for the wpml multilingual plugin.
I need to have woocommerce in italian and in english.
