Track/pingback

    I have put in the latest CVS version of post.php and the 5/12 version of wp-trackback.php, xmlrpc.php, class-xmlrpc.php and class-xmlrpcs.php
    As of this moment, the 760 error is gone and I can accept trackbacks. But I cannot send them and pingbacks aren’t working at all, coming or going.
    If anyone has any ideas, I’m all ears.

    I have had varying mileage with the betas.
    With RC2, I sent a trackback and a pingback to the same post, and one appeared, the other did not. It appeared as a pingback. Encoding seemed off center too.

    I just finished completely overwriting my old WordPress install with RC2. I haven’t yet tested trackbacks, but pingbacks are definately working for me and are used far more often on my blog. It’s good to have them back.

    Well, I tried to trackback and that’s not working for me. So, for me it appears that trackbacks are still not working with RC2, but pingbacks are working again.
