there is no general solution for this. It all depends on the type of tracking code.

You have several options:

• Disable the plugin/code on the staging site that injects the tracking code
• Use a browser extension to block tracking of own visits. For google analytics e.g. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/block-yourself-from-analy/fadgflmigmogfionelcpalhohefbnehm?hl=en

However, usually this is not a problem, because regular visitors will not be tracked as they can not open the staging site at all.
