hi team, we’re unable to receive tracking number for orders that customer’s are placing, please do guide how and where will customers get their tracking number.

TrackShip only provides the tracking service for eCommerce stores. The advanced Shipment Tracking plugin is responsible for adding tracking to the order and notifying the customer.
You can contact their support on the forum.
