Trackback Problem

I have installed WordPress 2.0.3 on three different sites and apparently cannot send or receive trackbacks on any of them. I am also not sure of my ability to ping. I know there have been so many posting on trackback problems in the forum that it is difficult to tell whether the problem has ever been resolved with this release. Everything else seems to be working on all sites.

Using the site http://shadow.choctawcanyon.com as an example.

The trackback uri points to
http://choctawcanyon.com/shadow/2006/08/17/just-a-test/trackback/
(the post uri is http://choctawcanyon.com/shadow/2006/08/17/just-a-test/)

however when I click on the trackback link, I get
OK
The document has moved here.(and the “here” link just leads right back to the post.

I have enabled “Allow link notifications from other Weblogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)” in discussion options.

I have tried sending a trackback from this blog to one of the other blogs and Vise versa, the results are the same for all blogs….nuthin’

Can anyone give me a nudge in the right direction for figuring out how to fix this?
