I have no idea how your theme should look, since it’s a commercial theme, but here’s a possible fix. Try adding this in Dashboard – Appereance – Customize – Additional CSS in the Customizer

#Top_bar .top_bar_left {width: 100%!important;}

You can learn how to use the Chrome Developer Tools or Firefox Developer Tools to help you see and test changes to your CSS.

On the other hand, since you use a commercial theme, please go to their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so we would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
