I’m trying to use a tooltip (very important feature that is needed) but it is not working. There is no animation delay and it’s supposed to popup on hover.

Can you drop me exact link to the issue, I will do investigate. I think this is a CSS conflict with third-party software.

I investigated the issue – The element has a small z-index, it is covered by another page element – http://c2n.me/3KIX8ZQ

Solution – Add more z-index – http://c2n.me/3KIXklO.png
