    I recently purchased a theme from themeforest. While going through their tutorial, one of the last steps to installation going to Tools > Demo Content Install
    I do not have that option. My only options under tools are Available Tools, Import, Export, Backup. That is the only one that I am missing. I’ve uploaded the Parent and Child (Activated Child), installed all plugins and extensions.. I’m not sure what went wrong. It says it’s updated and I have the most current version or WordPress.

    Deactivate all plugins to be able to rule out a plugin conflict. If the problem persists, you’ll need to ask your theme vendor’s support service. Support is usually included in the cost for commercial themes. wordpress.org forum members don’t have access to commercial themes.
