Too slow.. redirectioning. bucle

my wordopress blog wasvery very slow.. i erased everything, but with the same DB… now i installed wordpress again, and upload the old wp-config, some plugins, and the same data i had,, everything i sok,, but now, when a click in an article, the systen remains looking fo the info, and afterwards says ” Connection Timed Out ” .. in firefox says, that the problems with redirecting ” the blog is redirecting in a way that is not goping to stop”….

I installed again the permnalinks plugin,, what could happen???
