Too much Physical Memory and DB usage

    Hi
    I install Woocommerce Square yesterday and decide to synchronise my Square DB to my WooCommerce DB.
    Since then the Physical Memory and DB usage on my host server reach the top and the site is extremely slow (it even break down for a while).
    I stop the synchronisation and desactivated the plugin but it didn’t change the Physical Memory and DB usage .
    How can I recover my ressources?

    OK I’ve get in contact with my hosting service to stop a bad command sent by this puglin.
