Hi Thank you for review, but I need more details to fix all bug you find in the plugin. Please help us make it better for other users.
1. too long for backup – does it take too much time to backup?
But was backup complete or not?
2. Which options are you’re using for backup and which destination (like local backup, FTP or DropBox backup?)
3. Too much bugs – which exactly bugs you find? It will be great if you’ll provide screenshots and text of the errors. It’s better to contact through the ticket system
maybe you’ve already submit ticket, but I can’t find any 🙁
4. But function – which function you like in the Backup by Supsystic?
5. I check other reviews, as you write for S3Bubble Amazon S3 Backup “Database backup does not work” – did you try to backup database with Backup by Supsystic too?
