Could you send here a screenshot as an example of your issue with the Toggle widget?
In the meanwhile please follow these steps:
– Update Elementor to its latest version.
– Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.
I hope these steps will help you solve the issue.

NO PLUGINS ARE ACTIVATED AND THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS
I ALSO PAUSED CLOUDFLARE ON THE WEBSITE – AND IT DID NOT HELP
