    I had to edit the plugin to get it to work which I would advise against incase they ever updated it.

    Could you tell me which page you’ve had to edit in the advanced recent posts folder?

    sure:
    advanced-recent-posts-widget/advanced-recent-posts-widget.php

    then find:

    // Widget title

    echo $before_title = ‘<h3>‘;

    echo $instance[“title”];

    echo $after_title = ‘</h3>‘;

    items in bold
