Title Bar Edit?

    I’m wondering, how to change my title? I know how to make it so it’s my blog title, and blog’s Tagline. When you go into IE, for instance, right now on the window it says WordPress > Support >> How-To and Troubleshooting – SlimBrowser.

    How can I make it so it just doesn’t say ‘No Time For Recess,’ but something else as well?
