After the upgrade, wordpress error occurred with the plugin. In the console is written “Uncaught TypeError: Can not read property ‘documentBaseURL’ of undefined” http://joxi.ru/1bmogWwC3z5Бти
The page is not working javascript and visual editor

I am also facing errors in admin editor. No scrolling and when i click on link button of editor it will not allow me to add link on text.There are errors showing on js error console.
