TinyMCE doesn't work

    When I want to create a post or a site, I can’t do this with the TinyMCE Editor because the text is white, also the background.
    To switch to HTML-Mode is also NOT possible because the error Error:

    setUserSetting is not defined

    Google just told me, that i have to edit the language javascript file from “tinyMCE.addToLang” to “tinyMCE.addI18n”.
    In the language files of TinyMCE it says “tinyMCE.addI18n”, so I don’t know how to fix TinyMCE.

    I “fixed” this by using another Editor. Nevertheless I want to know why this problem exists and how to fix it.
    Does anybody know a Bug-Fix?
