Tinymce advanced

Can anyone please assist me…am an intermediate wordpress user..
So i have a problem with tinymce advanced plugin..after installing the plugin. And when i go to edit page i can’t see visual editor tab,is not showing at all.
I have also uncheck disable checkbox didnt work.
I have also try to add define(‘CONCATENATE SCRIPTS’,false); on wp-config.php, It didnt work
