    Hi Tobias,

Thank you for this excellent plugin.

I was wondering if it is possible to put a timestamp above the table of when it was last updated. I automatically update the table using the import feature every 4 hours (I use caspserjs to automate import). I would like to insert a time stamp of when the import happened. Do you know of a way to do this?

    Thanks again!
    John

    Hi,

    thanks for your question.

You might want to check out the [table-info] Shortcode. For details and an example please see the “The Shortcode [table-info id=N /]” entry in the TablePress Documentation at http://tablepress.org/documentation/

Thank you for your quick response. I apologize I did not see that in the documentation. One more quick question, is there display a help message when you hover over a field header. Basically text describing the column.

    Thanks,
    John

    Hi John,

no problem! 🙂 Good to hear the Documentation helps!

For the other question, I don’t have a readily usable solution. Sorry 🙁 You might want to try a plugin that can add tooltips to a text. Otherwise, you can maybe place that text above the table?

    Regards,
    Tobias
