The system does not know when you are done reviewing and therefore should start the calculation. But there are 2 simple things that you can do.
1. Just hit esc to cancel the calculation.
But if the opening modal window bothers you too much, you can also
2. Disable the automatic calculation in the plugin options.
The latter will stop the modal from opening, and will display a button to manually start the calculation. In that case, do not forget to press the button once you are ready for the calculation 😉

Hi @alibkahshiid, if you remove inactive users from the pool, you can drastically reduce the calculation times.
Other options that you might be able to invest time or money in:
1. Faster hosting (especially database).
2. Optimizing database performance.
3. Check to see if you can use WP-CLI. The plugin has a WP-CLI command to do calculations. On the command line a calculation can be up to 10x faster.
