tickets & registration not working

    After a semi-recent upgrade, registration stopped working. I’ve tried using the default theme and turning off all other plugins – the problem persists. I just upgraded to: 5.3.7 with no change.

    The ticket form does not work on the event add/edit screen. When trying to add a ticket, the edit event form submits and reloads without saving.

    I’ve tried Single Ticket mode both on and off with no change and I’m plagued by: “Bookings are closed for this event” on the front end. Event dates are in the future.

    Recurring events are turned off. Bookings are enabled.

    I tried turning WP_DEBUG on and didn’t see any errors.

    I’ve used this plugin quite a bit – not sure what is up with this install. I don’t really want to uninstall an loose my past event data.

    Any suggestions?

    Is this the same when you create new events? also, using firebug or chrome error console did you get any javascript error?

    I’ve tried adding new events and editing existing ones, same result. When NOT in single ticket mode, and when adding tickets, there are two buttons on the overlay form:

    Add Ticket & Save Ticket

    ‘Add Ticket’ reloads the page (not submits the form like I said above) and ‘Save Ticket’ copies the data correctly back to the add/edit event page. Unfortunately this data is NOT saving with the rest of the event 🙁

    I find it quite perplexing that I am having trouble with such core functionality.

    No JS errors either. Just nothing. Boo.

    have you made any changes to the code (e.g. template files) or added custom hooks to modify the behaviour in EM?
