    On the main page of the plugin, in the ‘Features’ section, you can see the sub-section on the ‘Ticket Print’ function.

    I created the event according to the documentation, but I do not have the possibility to download the ticket, it is not visible in the e-mail or in the client’s panel.

    If you use premium version, yes ticket download is possible from my account section and if you want to download from admin panel, you can download from attendee list and view section.
